Business Development Partner

Richardson Precision handles the back of house — estimates, invoicing, payroll, scheduling. What we need is a front of house partner: someone who takes calls, makes calls, builds relationships, and helps close the work.

What the role looks like
  • Fielding inbound service requests and following up on quotes
  • Outbound calls to shops and manufacturers — staying warm, building a book of business
  • Helping price repairs and working out preventative maintenance contracts
  • Collections when needed — this isn't a soft job
  • Mostly talking to plant owners, maintenance managers, and operations leads
Who we're looking for
  • Background in manufacturing or machine tool — you should know what a customer means when they call about a ballscrew problem
  • Warm on the phone, good at building rapport, organized enough to follow up
  • Commission-driven — everyone here earns what they bring in, including the owners
What you get
